The Bends is an impressionistic docu-drama hybrid that dramatises the truth of real people, events and settings to feature a nuanced first-time performance by pro-amateur MMA fighter, Annie Thatcher.

Behind The Wire

They Cannot Take the Sky: Stories From Detention is a documentary exhibition made up of a series of short film and audio stories, based on the book of the same name. Two-dozen people tell about their journey, their experiences in immigration detention and their life after release – or, for those who remain in offshore detention, their hopes for the future, despite their ongoing incarceration.

The exhibition was overseen by a committee of narrators with lived experience of immigration detention.
